Nu Pain Free You (Mat Based Pilates)
This session is specifically for those who suffer with chronic back pain, joint pain or reoccurring injury. With a focus on releasing tension in the muscles and correcting imbalances to help improve mobility, strength and posture.
You Move Freely (Mat Based Pilates)
This session focuses on mobility, flexibility and freeing up aches, pains and tightness to help you move more freely. Ideal for Beginners through to Improvers.
Fitter, Stronger You (Mat Based Pilates)
This class is for those who have been doing Pilates for a while and are looking to progress or those who already have a good level of fitness and are looking to improve strength. The most challenging of our mat based sessions with a focus on fitness and strength. This class is not suitable for those with chronic pain or injury.
You Move Freely (Group Reformer Pilates)
This Reformer class focuses on mobility, flexibility and strength, helping you to improve movement and reduce aches, pains and muscular tension. Our Reformer sessions are small with a maximum of 9 per class and use the Reformer machines, to help you get results more quickly using. Ideal for beginners through to Improvers.

A 30 minute Reformer class designed especially for those who suffer from Back or Joint issues. This class focuses on mobility, strength to help you improve posture, balance, reduce pain and help you to move more freely.
You Tone & Sculpt Reformer
A challenging Reformer class incorporating Ball, Bands and weights to help you to tone & sculpt the whole body
Intro to Reformer for Beginners
This 5 week course is aimed at beginners or those looking to return to Reformer after a while. We will be taking you back to basics and helping you get the most out of your Reformer classes.
