Why not come and join our Over 60's Chair Based Exercise Class!

This gentle chair-based class will improve your Strength, Balance and Mobility helping you to become fitter and stronger and prevent injury, falls and reduce aches and pains whilst having fun!

The class is a 45 minute class with time for a cuppa and a chat after.

The Class will run every Monday at 10.45am from the Hertford Wellness Hub (SG14 2HN)
