About Our Classes

Nu Pain Free You (Mat Based Pilates)

This session is specifically for those who suffer with chronic back pain, joint pain or reoccurring injury. With a focus on releasing tension in the muscles and correcting imbalances to help improve mobility, strength and posture.

You Move Freely (Mat Based Pilates)

This session focuses on mobility, flexibility and freeing up aches, pains and tightness to help you move more freely. Ideal for Beginners through to Improvers.

Fitter, Stronger You (Mat Based Pilates) 

This class is for those who have been doing Pilates for a while and are looking to progress or those who already have a good level of fitness and are looking to improve strength. The most challenging of our mat based sessions with a focus on fitness and strength. This class is not suitable for those with chronic pain or injury.

You Move Freely Reformer Pilates

This Reformer class focuses on mobility, flexibility and strength, helping you to improve movement and reduce aches, pains and muscular tension.  Our Reformer sessions are small with a maximum of 11 per class and use the Reformer machines, to help you get results more quickly using. Ideal for beginners through to Improvers.

This Reformer class is for those who have been doing Pilates for a while and are looking to progress or those who already have a good level of fitness and are looking to improve strength. Our Reformer sessions are small with a maximum of 11 per class and use the Reformer machines, to help you get results more quickly using. Nu Pain Free You Express Reformer

A 30 minute Reformer class designed especially for those who suffer from Back or Joint issues. This class focuses on mobility, strength to help you improve posture, balance, reduce pain and help you to move more freely.

Small Group Mixed Equipment 

This class uses the Mixed Pilates apparatus including the Wunda Chair, Tower, Reformer and Mat based exercises in a circuit style format to help you improve strength and mobility.
