Who is behind Nu You Pilates

Let us introduce ourselves...We are Tim and Nicole, Husband and Wife team,  owners at Nu You and super passionate about helping you thrive through this amazing method!

Pilates has helped us both personally and with many years of teaching between us we have seen the positive effect our classes have had on the lives of our Members past and present.

Along with our team of highly qualified and experienced team we are on a mission to help as many people as we can to become fitter, stronger, feel less stiff and move more freely.

Our classes focuses on working the deep stabilising muscles of the core that support your spine and include the pelvic floor.

Our unique method teaches you how to control your body and use you’re stabilising muscles, to help you to move better which in turn will improve posture, back & joint pain and well as prevent injury. Our classes are not only for those struggling with pain but can also be beneficial for improving general strength, allover body tone, tightening and flattening your legs, bum and tum and helping you to excel in other pursuits such as running, cycling, strength training and even golf (to name a few)
