I joined Nu You Pilates shortly after they opened up the studio in Hertford almost 4 years ago. I have never been a sporty person, but recognising the importance of exercise I wanted to find something gentle, yet effective; something I wouldn’t consider a chore. Having done a trial Reformer class, I knew I found what I needed. Pilates helped me build a stronger core and now I hardly ever feel any back ache. My body also feels more toned and flexible.
